Booking & Payment Information
To confirm your stay in Wadi Rum, a deposit is required for all reservations. This allows us to organize your experience in the best possible conditions and guarantee the availability of your chosen activities and accommodation.
Reservation Deposit
A deposit corresponding to approximately 15% of the total reservation amount is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance will be paid directly during your stay in Jordan, in Jordanian dinars (JOD).
Important Information
Please note that the ATM located at the Visitor Center may not work with all international bank cards. We therefore recommend arriving with sufficient cash for the remaining payment whenever possible.
Payment Methods
The deposit can be paid by:
- Bank transfer
Bank details and payment instructions will be provided after your reservation request.
Once the deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation email including:
- Your booking confirmation
- Details of your stay
The remaining balance to be paid on arrival
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Arrival
- No cancellation fees
- Full refund of the deposit
Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before Arrival
- The deposit is non-refundable
